Executive Assistant To Director

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• Acting as the point of contact between the HOD and Director
• Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Manage Calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Discretion and confidentiality PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in correspondence, office software and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Should own a vehicle for easy commuting.
