Human Resource Executive

Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
2. Employee Engagement and Relations: Organize engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
3. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
4. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and feedback sessions.
5. Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
