Senior Engineer /Engineer - Sales and Service (Andhra & Telangana )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales promotion and servicing of mechanical seal, sealing system & bearing protector.
• Attending customer calls for service & seal failure analysis.
• Handling the seal repairing activities.
• Visiting customers for seal installation & tracking AES and competition seal performance data.
• Attending customer enquiries and branch administration-related works.
• Coordination between HQ /sales coordinators/ Branch sales team and customers.
• Field Competition/ Bad Actor Intelligence
• Handle the sales and Servicing of Pumps & seals.
• Generating leads by explaining concepts to maintenance engineers
• Seals and pump installation.
• Sales promotion and servicing of mechanical seal, sealing system & bearing protector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE/B-Tech with a minimum of 2 and DME with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Mechanical seals and its applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Technically sound to identify the scope of application of Mechanical Seals
• Willing to travel
