Principal Consultant

Assist customers with implementation of data architectures based on the Aerospike Real-time Data Platform including the Aerospike database, other ecosystem components like Kafka, Spark, Presto and JMS, Graph
database and Vector search.
Lead projects with customers and liaison with internal Aerospike teams with a focus on customer success
Enable customers by providing workshops, code samples, data model designs etc.

Required Skills
Ability to manage customer relationships
5+ years in application development and deployment preferably with NoSQL databases and/or Big Data
Strong skills in any programming language like Java/ Golang/ C#/ Python/ NodeJS/ C/ C++
Strong experience of containers and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong experience of any cloud hyperscaler (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Experience of data modelling and design in NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Redis or DynamoDB

Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of Big Data areas like Kafka, Spark, Presto/Trino
Knowledge of development frameworks like React, Angular, Spring, Python Flask/FastAPI etc.
Understanding of DevOps and corresponding platforms like Ansible, Chef, Puppet and Terraform
Understanding of Graph databases, AI/Vector offerings
