Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
    • Generate and secure orders by actively engaging with customers and distributors.
    • Achieve sales targets and develop long-term business relationships.
  2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and prompt responses to inquiries.
  3. Marketing and Product Support:
    • Provide marketing support by coordinating product features and technical information with customers.
    • Approve and share product samples with customers as per requirements.
  4. Negotiation and Order Management:
    • Lead negotiations and close deals with customers and distributors.
    • Ensure all orders are executed on time and according to customer specifications.
  5. After-Sales Service:
    • Manage post-sales service to address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Assist customers with product usage and technical queries.
  6. Payments and Billing:
    • Ensure the timely processing of payments from customers and distributors.
    • Expedite billing processes and manage any outstanding bills or dues.
    • Oversee statutory form processing to ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Travel:
    • Willingness to travel within India to meet customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
    • Manage travel logistics as per company guidelines.
  8. Team Coordination and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales progress, customer interactions, and market trends.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing and product support techniques.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage payments, billing, and statutory forms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
