Job Description

Role & Responsibilities


  • Identify and engage with Food Manufacturers/ Brands, Gurdwaras and NGOs that prepare and distribute food.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote nutritional and food enhancement solutions.
  • Conduct daily field visits within Delhi NCR, using a two-wheeler (mandatory), to engage with prospective clients.
  • Generate new business leads, schedule meetings, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Educate clients on food supplements and nutritional solutions, explaining their benefits for mass food distribution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers at NGOs and community organisations.
  • Track competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory requirements (such as FSSAI guidelines).
  • Maintain accurate sales reports in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time product delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or B2B institutional sales.
  • Male candidates preferred, aged 22-30 years, due to the field-intensive nature of the role.
  • Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel daily within Delhi NCR.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, handling large purchase decisions, and working with institutional buyers.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and data reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple accounts
