Job Description
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives. This involves assessing current technology trends, evaluating the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for technological innovation.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, including Software Developers Engineers. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the teams success.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Software Development: Drive the development of software solutions and applications that meet the organizations requirements and standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design, develop, and deploy software products that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organizations business model and operations. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategic investments in new technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Transition Management: Lead Transition Technology projects and establish high-performance teams to meet client objectives efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, board members, and department heads. Provide regular updates on project milestones, budgetary constraints, and risks to maintain transparency and accountability.
- 15 + years of experience working into SAAS S oftware T echnologies, Engineering best practices ( T est A utomation, CI-CD), Cloud Services, etc
- Introducing strategic initiatives to manage Software Development team.

Cab access and limited interference from aeries.
Don't join carbon unit. It's a startup going to end soon. Full of nepotism and politics due to inexperienced and immature management. High school kids become managers due to the favoritism. Aeries has no role to play and you are at the mercy of the client.
