Job Description
- Act as first point-of-contact for employee requests. Proactively seek solutions, in consultation with the Talent team when necessary , to provide policy guidance and interpretation to employees .
- Manage HR ticketing system, u s ing organizational knowledge to review , research, and resolve issue tickets, or reassign to appropriate team member if necessary .
- Resolve 100% of HR ticket s in a timely manner .
- Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to assist in all facets of the employee lifecycle process .
- Conduct onboarding and benefit briefings for all New Hire Orientations.
- Manage new employee documentation and paperwork; ensure timely completion per employer and new hire employee requirements .
- Partner with Talent Management on employee rewards and recognitio n programs .
- Respond to employee general benefits questions and process benefit inquiries and changes .
- Perform data entry on new hires, terminations, organizational changes, electronic documentation, and other daily changes as needed.
- Ensure a seamless offboarding process from resignation to exit.
- Provide data and support for Talent and companywide audit and compliance requests.
- Manage end-to-end pre-employment background check processes and requests.
- Partner with other team members on internal employee communications activities, including but not limited to maintenance of company intranet, surveys, and other content outlets.
- Plan, organize and provide support for companywide activities, events, and holidays.
- High School diploma required . Bachelor s Degree preferred .
- Prior work experience in a professional business environment .
- 2-4 years experience in functional areas of Human Resources .
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively, by taking appropriate initiative and follow through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressure.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to context, substance and detail. Ability to adapt to various competing demands.
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be self-directed and extremely effective independently, recognizing need for confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without constant direction or simultaneous feedback.
