Lead Engineer- Surface Finishing

Job Title Surface Finishing Process-Lead Engineer

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage surface finishing process including Blasting, tumbling, Lapping, Tumbling, laser, Cleaning Process.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Environmental
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue related to surface Finishing process.
- Maintain Accurate records and documentation of the treatment process
- Manpower managements
- Maintain high level Quality within operations
- Hands on experience in defect identification, Root Cause analysis & Problem Solving
- Knowledge on Hazardous Process and Chemicals Handling and storage
- Co work with Planning team to achieve the daily and shift wise Production targets and KPI

Indicative Years of Experience 5 to 9 years of experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Production with Surface Finishing Process

Educational BackgroundDiploma/BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical
