Organic SEO Head, Technical SEO

Are you a seasoned SEO expert with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and boosting rankings for large, complex websites on a global scale?

Aegis Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Organic SEO Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our global websites.

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Lead and mentor the SEO team: Guide and mentor junior team members on best SEO practices, provide training, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Drive organic traffic growth: Implement strategies to significantly increase organic traffic across multiple keywords and target audiences.
• Master of on-page & technical SEO: Deep understanding of on-page optimization factors, including content optimization, technical SEO, and user experience.
• Content strategy expertise: Develop and implement effective content strategies that align with SEO goals and drive organic traffic.
• Off-page activities: Execute a wide range of off-page activities, including link building, outreach, and influencer marketing.
• Strong in semantic & technical SEO: Proficient in implementing and analyzing semantic SEO strategies and resolving technical SEO issues.
• Results-oriented and data-driven: Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration and communication: Effectively communicate SEO strategies and progress to stakeholders across different departments. Direct reporting to Director.
• AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage and achieve rankings in major AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to enhance SEO strategies and content creation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for large websites.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, best practices, and industry trends.
• Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
