Senior Manager

The purpose of this role is to assist in management of processes and analysis which increase profitability, maximise cashflows and reduce risks through accuracy of all forecasts and budgets, whilst ensuring there is regular and systematic financial reporting to the business which is timely, insightful and forward-looking, aligning with the business objectives.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in developing operational plans for the company and measure and compare results with plans.
• Assist in planning and co-ordinating the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the Company.
• Provide detailed, insightful and qualitative analysis and reports covering all elements of the budget / forecasts viz., Revenue, expenses, people, capex, margins, costs, utilization, realizations etc.
• Create and implement processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning exercise.
• Generate and present strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management in support of business objectives. Create models, conduct research, and analyze actual business unit performance against targets in the operating plans, strategic plans, forecasts plans as applicable. Quantify opportunities and risks, and recommends alternatives. Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision-making.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators on monthly basis.
• Develop and distribute all required function/sub-function reporting.
• Prepare Projected Profit and loss, Cash flow and Balance sheets on periodic basis as needed.
• Track, prepare and analyze client and product profitability and work with business teams to understand trends and performances to drive improvements.
• Prepare financial model for pricing proposal at client/project level.
• Prepare for and participate in various business review meetings.
• Conducting monthly financial reviews to business units and providing them insights related to financial numbers.
• Leading a team of 4-5 people, mentoring/coaching and guiding them towards success
