Job Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Visual Content Creation:

• Design engaging visuals, including images, videos, infographics, and animations for social media platforms, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative content for posts, campaigns, and promotional videos for our social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Social Media & Brand Management:

• Oversee and manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting of creative content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.

Print Design & Packaging:

• Design brochures, banners, flyers, product packaging, boxes, leaflets, stickers, and other print materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure designs meet both creative and compliance requirements, especially for medical device packaging and instructional materials.

Website Design & Management:

• Update and maintain the company website, creating banners, sliders, and landing pages to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
• Align all visual content on the website with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Work closely with the marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality designs.
• Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain design templates and guidelines for consistency and efficiency across projects.

Other Design Tasks:

• Support ad-hoc design requests for internal or external communications.
• Stay updated with design trends and implement new ideas to enhance creative content.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in social media management and content creation for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Experience designing for labels, packaging, and instructional materials.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in both digital and print design.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
• Basic video editing and animation skills.
• Experience with website design using tools like WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
