• Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different Courses
• Counselling through Data Calling.
• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
• Handling queries over the telephone
• Converting leads into admissions.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
• Convert generated leads into paying customers by offering personalized admission counselling services.
• Meet monthly targets for revenue generation and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of educational solutions.
