Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10-15 HF Counselors in the region, ensuring efficient execution of counseling programs.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to ensure their success.
- OPD Counseling Execution: Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of OPD counseling within the designated region.
- Monitor the performance of HF Counselors and ensure high standards of counseling are maintained.
- Relationship Building with HCPs: Establish and nurture relationships with select Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Gather feedback on the performance of HF Counselors and address any concerns or suggestions to improve the program.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Cipla's Sales Team to maintain strong relationships, share insights, and drive performance in the region.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly/fortnightly reviews with the HF Counselors to monitor their progress, address any challenges they may face, and ensure alignment with the regional goals.
- Field Visits: Attend at least two counseling sessions per month for each HF Counselor to provide hands-on support and evaluate their performance.
- Challenge Resolution: Support HF Counselors in overcoming challenges during patient counseling and provide solutions to ensure continuous progress and high-quality interactions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the PL/PM detailing progress, challenges, and performance metrics of the HF Counselors in the region.
Role KPI's:
- Number of HF Counselor sessions attended.
- Number of Doctors met for feedback and suggestions.
- Number of reviews conducted with HF Counselors.
- Number of patients enrolled in the region.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Pharma Sales, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving performance.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in Cardiac Therapy will be preferred, though not mandatory.
- Team Management: Previous experience managing an Area/Region is essential.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving regional goals.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with HCPs, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve challenges encountered by HF Counselors during their interactions with patients.
- Reporting & Analytics: Strong skills in tracking and reporting KPIs to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making
