Product Application Specialist

Job Summary:

The Product Application Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and expertise related to the company's products. This role involves training customers, supporting sales teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the effective application of products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demos and provide customer training on usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: BE/ BTech (Life Sciences or Biomedical)
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in product application, technical support, or customer-facing roles in a medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the companys products and their applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their specific needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
