We are hiring For US Travel Sales Consultant (Voice Process only)

Job Responsibilities

We need only those candidate's M/F who has exp with flight sales for US process - Only Voice Profile candidates should apply.

• Good comms mandate.

• Excellent knowledge of the GDS system (Amadeus/ Sabre/Galileo).
  
• Minimum 1-year experience in international Travel Sales Process (Voice Process).
  
• Handling inbound sales calls from US Customers.
  
• Helping customers with Travel planning, Travel advice, and information.
  
• Efficient in client handling with their end-to-end travel requirements: Air reservation, Ticketing, Exchange, cancellation, Hotel, Travel Insurance, Holiday Packages, etc.)
  
• Dialed Google campaign calls (PPC) or AdWords generated calls. (US International)
  
• Follow-ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
  
• Exceeding monthly Sales target every month while maintaining quality
  
• Strong Communication and sales skills.
  
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shift. 

• Candidate should be ok for Night shift & Gurgaon Location.
