- Handling team of Advisors TL/Dealers. Monitoring their performance, revenue generation and cross sales.
- Maintaining relationship with Premium clients.
- Advising clients on Equity, Derivatives Markets.
- Creation of revenue Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
- Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
- Handling Queries complains, handling escalations and redressing queries within TAT.
- Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
- Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of clients financial requirements, analysing information recommending portfolios.
- Monitoring enhancing Advisors Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets meetings, con calls.
- Responsible to train and develop exiting team to next level.
