• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all amounts received from clients.
• Monitor and keep track of AR & AP functionality.
• Generate invoices for services provided to clients, including accurate tax calculations and due dates.
• Prepare and submit GST returns, ensuring all required information is accurately reported.
• Prepare and submit TCS returns (Tax Collected at Source) as per applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain detailed ledgers and journals, including proper classification and allocation of transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between financial records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure proper authorization of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary documentation for accurate invoicing and compliance purposes.
• Analyze accounting data & record to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on accounts performance, including aging reports, function dashboard and cash flow projections.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, particularly those affecting GST and TCS.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes for managing large volumes of invoices and client communications.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on accounts receivable procedures and policies.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws (particularly GST and TCS), and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in tally plus other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably with focus on accounts receivable and tax compliance.
