Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Represent and sell luxury properties, including high-end residential homes, estates, and exclusive real estate developments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Provide exceptional client service by understanding their needs, preferences, and investment goals.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and private tours for potential buyers.
  • Stay informed about the latest luxury market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials, digital campaigns, and targeted advertisements.
  • Negotiate sales transactions to ensure the best outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist clients through every stage of the buying process, including documentation, contracts, and closing procedures.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to enhance brand presence and expand business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in luxury real estate or premium goods sales, with a strong track record of successful transactions is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury property markets, including pricing, trends, and buyer demographics.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a high degree of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for client meetings and property showings.
