Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Strategize and implement business plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Oversee the channel sales team, ensuring high satisfaction levels and retention.
  • Drive customer onboarding, training, and post-sale support activities.
  • Develop fulfillment strategies to optimize delivery timelines and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless handoffs.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum: 8 years of experience

Maximum: 12 years of experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
