Invoicing Accountant

Job Title: Invoicing Accountant

We are seeking a proactive Invoicing Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for generating and managing accurate invoices, ensuring

compliance with company policies, and maintaining proper records of all transactions

(AR). You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely billing and resolve

any discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software are

essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contractual agreements and

purchase orders.

• Ensure the accuracy of billing information, including pricing, quantities, and

taxes.

• Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in invoicing with customers or internal

teams.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all invoices and related

documentation.

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and accounts receivable teams to streamline

the invoicing process.

• Assist in monthly and year-end closing by providing invoicing data and reports.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices in collaboration with the accounts

receivable team.
