Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Liaisoning with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve.
Help prepare budgets.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Plan monitoring visits to project sites to assess progress v/s targets, understanding needs, and mentoring field teams.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills are required, with proficiency in written and verbal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English. The ability to communicate in multiple Indian languages is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Familiarity with Canva and other designing tools would be a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment.
Self-motivation and a keen interest in the development sector are expected.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification:
Post-graduate in social work/extension education/ project management or relevant field from a recognized university. However, candidates with degrees in other disciplines can also apply only if they have relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum experience of at least 2-5 years in the social sector is required- preference for those who may have previously engaged in donor management/social impact/program management-based roles.
