Key Responsibilities:

• Generating key clients and nurturing them.
• Developing and execution of a comprehensive Pan India sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
• Leading and managing the sales team across regions, ensuring alignment with business goals. (Designing and discussing KPIs for them)
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Monitoring sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
• Fostering a high-performance culture, coaching and mentoring the team to achieve excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and market expansion.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry.
