Job Summary: As an US IT Recruitment Trainee / Junior US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top IT talent for our clients. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of IT recruitment, allowing you to build a strong foundation for a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and internal databases to source potential candidates for IT positions.
• Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills.
• Initial Contact: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability, interest, and availability.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information and track the progress of candidates through the recruitment process.
• Market Research: Assist in researching and understanding industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Client Interaction: Support senior recruiters in communicating with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including preparing reports and managing documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT terminology and job roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Experience: Previous internship or part-time experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus, but not required.
