Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, etc.) to source and attract top IT talent.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team culture, ensuring a tailored recruitment process.
• Job Posting: Write and post clear and compelling job advertisements on various portals.
• Database Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through the companys ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and update candidate records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress, feedback, and offer status.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on recruitment trends, particularly in the Indian IT sector, and maintain knowledge of market rates for IT professionals.
• Networking: Build a strong professional network within the IT industry to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment within the India market.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for a wide range of technical positions (e.g., SAP, Software Developers, Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices and experience with recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies and programming languages (SAP, Java, Python, Cloud, AI, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close offers effectively.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
