About CityMall:

CityMall is a community commerce platform focused on 300 million new to internet users living in 400 small cities, towns and villages in India. CityMall primarily focused on Grocery, Fresh and Packaged FMCG categories. Smaller towns and cities are untouched by traditional online e-grocers with large players like Grofers & BigBasket present in top 8 metropolitan cities in India. Key bottlenecks are lack of trust, lack of familiarity to browse and purchase online, low average order values (which makes economic viability a challenge for the platforms), lack of credit in online channels (which neighbourhood stores offer).

CityMall is a highly efficient channel to serve these consumers through "Community Leaders". They are the "Social" & "Geographical" connectors between end consumers and CityMall. They help us in acquiring customers, doing sales & marketing to retain wallet share as well as doing the last mile logistics in their communities making the community led model more suitable for small towns, cities and villages

Responsibilities:

- This role will take care of special projects across the organization starting with projects in the Marketing function.

- The Program Manager will be responsible for end to end execution of projects.

- Perform daily functions of Program management such as program planning and scheduling, analysing the impact, - resource planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliveries, milestones and objectives, proactively assessing and managing risks, solving for problems and issues in execution, action logs and reporting on the program.

- Run capability projects for the function in order to drive exponential growth - Conceptualize and drive programs / projects to drive growth, functional efficiency and productivity.

Skills and experience: MBA from Tier 1/2 B School - 0 - 3 years of experience

Responsibilities :

1. Design frameworks and policies for effective support to CityMall Partners

2. Lead the support team of ticket and on-call agent to drive better retention of partner network

3. Operate daily dashboards and be accountable for TATs on support tickets

4. Closely work with partners, understanding their pain points, capability gaps and growth potentials

5. Run pilots and projects to generate alpha in the existing design constructs

6. Perform daily functions of Program management such as program planning and scheduling, analyzing the impact, resource planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliveries, milestones and objectives

Skills and experience:

1. Role will require :

- Good data understanding, ability to draw insights from multiple data sources and interrelated variables (should be hands-on with excel)

- Stellar program management skills

- Great people skills, with equal comfort while talking to a Tier 2/3/4 city dweller

2. Graduate from Tier 1 college.

3. 1-4 years of experience across relevant profiles program management / Growth etc., start-up experience is preferred

4. Willing to roll up the sleeves and do what's required.

Salary budget : 9 to 11 lpa
