Job Title: Purchase Manager

� Location: Okhla Phase-1, Delhi

� Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

� Experience: Minimum 3 years

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a Purchase Manager responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring API & Excipients, Herbal Extracts for Ayush products, RM for Nutraceutical products, and Packaging Materials (Containers, Cartons, Foils, Pouches, etc.). The role focuses on cost optimization, vendor management, and ensuring a seamless supply chain for production.

Key Responsibilities:-

� � Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for RM & PM, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability.

� � Vendor Development: Build strong supplier relationships, establish credit-based partnerships, and monitor performance.

� � Inventory & Delivery: Maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely deliveries.

� � Cost & Compliance: Implement cost-saving strategies, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:-

✅ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of experience in RM & PM procurement.

✅ Strong negotiation & vendor development skills.

✅ Proficiency in ERP & procurement systems.

Preferred Skills: -

✔ CIPS/APICS certification (preferred).

✔ Experience in international sourcing & compliance.
