Job Description

  • The Admissions Manager for Pune City will be responsible fordriving student admissions across all Kidzonia Preschools in Pune
  • This roleinvolves managing both in-house sales activities and field sales operations,including outdoor marketing efforts
  • The Admissions Manager will work closelywith the Regional Sales Head, Center Managers, and the Marketing team todevelop and execute strategies that will increase enrollment and enhance thevisibility of Kidzonia Preschools in the Pune region
Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensiveadmissions strategy for all Kidzonia Preschools in Pune.
- Monitor and analyze admission trends andadjust strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Head toalign admission goals with overall business objectives.

2. In-House Sales Management:
- Lead and manage the in-house admissions teamat each center to ensure a high level of customer service and conversion ofinquiries into admissions.
- Train and mentor the admissions staff at thecenters on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and handlingobjections.
- Ensure all admission processes, from inquiryto enrollment, are followed efficiently and effectively.

3. Field Sales and Outdoor Marketing:
- Plan and execute field sales activities,including visits to schools, residential complexes, and other potential leadsources to generate inquiries and drive admissions.
- Organize and participate in outdoor marketingcampaigns, such as stalls, exhibitions, school fairs, and community events topromote Kidzonia Preschools.
- Build and maintain relationships with keystakeholders, including school administrators, community leaders, and localbusinesses, to enhance the schoolvisibility and reputation.

4. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Oversee the management of leads throughvarious channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, online inquiries, andreferrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads andinquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on leadgeneration, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.

5. Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the Marketing team tocreate and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the Pune market.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials andcampaigns to ensure alignment with local market needs and preferences.
- Assist in the creation of promotionalcontent, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on admissionsactivities, sales performance, and market trends for the Regional Sales Head.
- Analyze data to identify areas forimprovement and opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based onadmission data to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with prospectiveparents, providing them with comprehensive information about Kidzoniaofferings and ensuring a positive admissions experience.
- Address any concerns or queries from parentsin a timely and professional manner.

8. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all admissions-related documentationis accurately maintained and in compliance with Kidzoniapolicies andregulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Center Managers to ensurethat all enrollment procedures are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
Qualifications andSkills:
- Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing,Education, or a related field. A masterdegree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably inthe education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Pune market and experience inhandling both in-house and field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve salestargets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for field sales andmarketing activities.
