Admission Manager Out reach

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Outreach to drive student engagement, institutional partnerships, and brand awareness for our institution. The role requires extensive networking, relationship-building, and strategic planning to enhance outreach efforts, increase admissions, and establish strong industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Partnerships:

• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
• Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate organizations for student referrals and collaborative programs.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, industry events, and student counseling sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with career counselors, influencers, and key stakeholders in the education sector.

Student Engagement & Admissions Support:

• Conduct seminars, webinars, and interactive sessions to engage prospective students.
• Work closely with the admissions team to drive student enrollments and achieve admission targets.
• Address student queries and provide guidance on course selection, career prospects, and institutional benefits.

Marketing & Promotional Activities:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to strategize and implement online and offline outreach campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and outreach content tailored to different audiences.
• Analyze outreach performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Coordinate with academic departments to align outreach activities with institutional goals.
• Maintain databases of prospective students, partners, and outreach activities.
• Provide regular reports and insights on outreach effectiveness and admissions trends.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in outreach, admissions, or business development in the education industry.
• Proven experience in handling MBA/PGDM program outreach, preferably with institutions offering programs in the Rs. 8-15 lakh fee range.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for outreach programs and events.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of student psychology and decision-making factors in higher education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Data-driven approach to outreach and student engagement.
