Admissions Counselor Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to contribute in generating admissions for

Vidyashilp School. You will be responsible for closing admissions over the phone or in person and

maintaining good parent relationships.

An effective representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They

must be comfortable presenting about school over the phone and in person, as well as dealing patiently

and effectively with any with questions, complaints and doubts that parents may have.

The goal is to help the school increase admissions at Vidyashilp School.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver admission targets.

• Contact potential parents and communicate the offerings of our school(s).

• Adopt a consultative sales approach and understand parents requirements.

• Own and maintain the database of leads.

• Handle grievances to preserve the school’s reputation.

• Go the extra mile to meet admission quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the market and competitors.

Requirements

• Ability to uphold the brand value, at the same time achieve admission targets.

• Proven experience as an inside sales representative or other sales/customer service role.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting admission targets.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

• Ability to learn and understand the school’s distinguishing features and communicate them

outward.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient and diligent.

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Preferred candidate profile - Any Graduate Fresher and Experienc ed will do . Willing to learn .
