Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Process Management:
• Handle end-to-end admission inquiries and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
• Provide detailed information about the school's CBSE curriculum, academic programs, extracurricular activities, and facilities.
• Guide parents and students through the admission criteria, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

2. Sales and Conversion:

• Convert inquiries into successful admissions through a consultative and persuasive approach.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain a high conversion rate.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

3. Outreach and Relationship Building:

• Represent the school at fairs, events, and open houses to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective families, showcasing the unique aspects of the CBSE curriculum and facilities.

4. Marketing and Communication:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and campaigns tailored for the CBSE curriculum audience.
• Assist in creating digital marketing strategies and managing social media campaigns focused on admissions.

5. Counselling and Advisory:

• Provide personalized counselling to students and parents to address their concerns, aspirations, and educational goals.
• Advise on the benefits of the CBSE curriculum in shaping global citizens and preparing students for various opportunities.

6. Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of admission inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the school's CRM system.
• Generate reports on admissions progress and provide insights for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in education, marketing, business administration, or related field.
2. 3-7 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counselling, preferably in CBSE Schools.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with parents and students.
4. Proven track record in achieving admission targets and driving outreach initiatives.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
