Clarity PPM Tool Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Proficient in Clarity PPM administration, including creating and managing portlets, workflows, and reports.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and how they relate to Clarity PPM functionalities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate meaningful insights from project data.
• Familiarity with Clarity PPMs scripting and API capabilities is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering Clarity PPM or similar Project and Portfolio Management tools.
• Strong understanding of Clarity PPM features, including project management, resource management, financial management, and reporting.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Clarity PPM based on business requirements.
• Experience with Clarity PPM integrations and data management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Clarity PPM or related project management tools is a plus.
• Experience with Clarity PPM Cloud or SaaS-based deployments.
• Knowledge of related tools like Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or SAP is a plus.
