• Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps , Power Automate Admin side and Power Virtual Agents.
• Configure and maintain environments, environment security, connectors and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform.
• Monitor the performance and health of Power Platform environments & Solutions, troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and enforce the Power Platform environment's governance policies, best practices and security standards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and licenses for Power Platform applications.
• Install, upgrade, and configure Power Platform Center of Excellence Setup alerts & notifications for system issues
• Perform activities to clean up environments, orphaned objects inside Power Platform.
• Create and maintain documentation for the environments and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest features, updates and enhancements in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Work closely with Citizen developers Power users to guide on best practices and educate and empower them to leverage the Power Platform effectively.
