We have multiple opening for Executive - Admin at Site based at Western Suburbs:

Role & responsibilities

• Labour Compliances, Wages, PF, PT, ESIC, BOCW & MLWF Work
• Making Record Under Contract Labour Act.
• Observation On Contractor & Consultant Work.
• Staff & Labour Welfare.
• IT Related all issues at Site & Office, New Joining Formalities. Safety & Health
• Arranging and providing various services to staff and workmen at site.
• Daily Labour Strength Checking at Site.
• Making Arrangement for Daily Reports & Monthly Reports.
• Making Statement for Labour PF.
• Daily Monitoring coordination of the Labour Attendance Systems through Software.
• Maintaining all administration records & Documentation Controlling.
• Monthly Sub Contractors Site Clearance for S/C payment.
• Making Arrangement for Workmen Compensation Claims.
• Mobilization of Workmen as per site requirements.
• Managing local issues
• Site - Goregaon, Borivali
• Any Graduate( full time)
• Only Male candidate will be preferred

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with the experience of working of minimum 4yrs at real estate construction site.
