Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineering Manager for ADM Cryowest. The Process Engineer is responsible for reviewing, optimizing, improving, and implementing variousmanufacturing processes for yield improvement and defectivity reduction. They will oversee new part and process introduction and manage engineering change control processes to support operations. .  Responsibilities:

• Review engineering drawing and specs and collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop detailed technical documentations such as operation method sheets, process flow diagrams, and test procedures.
• Develop, and maintain integration flows and ensure the routing and BOM data in ERP are accurate and efficient.
• Ensure each integration maintains a consistent level of customer technical standards that meet quality & workmanship standards. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Own the area process control plan and enhance the process stability through implementation of best-known manufacturing methods and statistical process control (SPC).
• Drive the problem resolution process associated with the quality excursion in manufacturing encompassing data analytics, methodical problem solving, failure analysis (FA) and design of experiments (DOE).
• Analyzes data using JMP, MS Visual Basic, or similar software application to determine the root cause of process variations; develops charts or reports and presents findings before groups or teams.
• Daily engineering assistance to production to facilitate safety, quality, and delivery of orders to Customers.
• Lead new part and process development and qualification projects.
• Disposition nonconforming materials and products, developing and documenting inspection criteria based on customer and internal Quality System requirements.
