Manage compensation and benefits programs, including researching and recommending changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and manage HR budget, including forecasting staffing needs and managing HR expenses.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefit providers, recruiters, and training providers.
