Job Title: Channel Sales Partner (Real Estate)

Location: ECR
Department: Sales/Business Development
Reports to: Sales Manager/Regional Sales Director


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Partner with a strong background in Real Estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of channel partners (such as brokers, real estate agencies, and other third-party partners) to drive sales, increase market share, and expand the companys presence in the real estate sector. The Channel Sales Partner will focus on generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the company through partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as brokers, real estate agencies, and sales agents. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the channel. Work closely with partners to meet sales targets, increase property sales, and ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed.
  • Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Support channel partners in expanding their reach within target markets. Generate new sales leads, provide training, and equip partners with market insights, property listings, and promotional materials.
  • Product Knowledge & Training: Provide partners with comprehensive product knowledge, including details about property listings, pricing, features, and benefits. Offer ongoing training and support to ensure partners stay updated on new properties and changes in market conditions.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance and analyze results for channel partners. Provide regular reports on sales performance, partner progress, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities that can assist in the sales efforts of channel partners. Help partners leverage marketing resources for maximum impact.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist partners in managing client relationships and addressing client inquiries or concerns. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and that the channel partners are following company guidelines and standards.
  • Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise between the company and channel partners. Resolve conflicts, negotiate terms, and provide solutions to ensure a smooth working relationship.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback and strategic insights to the company to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or business development, with a focus on the real estate industry. Proven track record of managing channel partnerships and driving sales growth.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, legal aspects, and sales processes. Experience with property listings, pricing, and market dynamics is essential.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue through effective channel sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and contracts with channel partners to ensure favorable business outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex partner issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to sales challenges.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to design and implement promotional activities that drive sales for channel partners.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Comfortable with using technology to manage leads, track sales, and communicate with partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Real Estate Certification (if applicable in the region).
  • Experience in managing channel sales teams or regional sales operations.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms and listing services (e.g., MagicBricks, Zillow).
