Department Head - Process

1. Plant Availability: Ensure stable operation and optimize heat and power consumption.
2. Quality Consistency: Monitor clinker production to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Cost Control: Manage production budget, S&S, and RPM for spare part optimization.
4. Process Improvement: Plan and implement process upgrades for safety, productivity, and quality.
5. SHE & Sustainability: Prioritize safety, health, environment, and sustainability.
6. System Management: Oversee IMS implementation to boost productivity and safety.
7. People Development: Foster a productive and growth-oriented work culture.

Requirements : Prior experience in Cement industry is desired, if not available then non cement (metal/chemical) with experience of 11-13 years
