Job Description

Assist Business Head/Director to evaluate and drive performance across various lines of businesses by providing insights and actionable inputs on various KPIs in a timely manner. Play a key role in Strategy formulation, Planning Budgeting for the organisation. Support functional team in implementation execution of business objectives.

KRAs:

Provide market research and analysis (Telecom, White Cement Putty, etc) Study of market outlook, key developments and competition tracking on quarterly basis.
Analyze and update on business performance (Vodafone Idea, Birla White, RAK White). Analysis of financial performance statements, function-wise business performance analysis to share key highlights and actionable insights on monthly/quarterly basis
Support in financial planning and budgeting. Co-ordinate with various functions support in the preparation of budget plans for next financial year.
Support in driving integration synergies for RAK White, UAE (with Birla White Star Cement UAE)
Support in review and analysis of Vodafone Idea s Capex deployment plans, Study of circle-wise investment plans and performance analysis of network investments by Vodafone Idea.
Preparation for internal external engagements/presentations by Business Head. Prepare business review documents, notes, speeches on various topics for internal and external engagements by Business Head
Key cross-functional projects initiatives within the businesses. Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and support key cross-functional projects and initiatives for the businesses.
