Job Description

Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a passionate & self-driven person who can work with us as Business Consultant for designated projects and help us in implementing & executing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E xpected to provide analytical rigor and produce fact-based reports and analyses to support decision making.
  • Conduct extensive research and coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect business critical data.
  • Analyze data to derive implications and/or create relevant business/industry reports.
  • Support the formulation of insights and recommendations as part of a Strategy project team.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to carry out detailed and accurate data analysis on a consistent basis.
  • Set up meetings with clients & prospectives.
  • Make presentation of reports & monthly reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with the company s resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving clients requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Self motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to company, its brand, processes and client base.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ready to travel.
  • Fluent in english, hindi and preferably gujarati (spoken and written).
  • Any Graduate/Masters, BBA/MBA will be preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Sales/Marketing.
  • Commercially able to spot the opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial flair.
Job Locations:
Surat, Ahmedabad and Mumbai
Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience and knowledge
