1. Achieve production target within time schedule & budget
2. Ensure product quality to meet the customer requirement
3. Optimization of all resources to reduce cost of production
4. Establish & ensure implementation of maintenance systems & control
5. Planning, budgeting & cost control
6. Ensure optimum energy consumption
7. Lead & organize technical synergy among units-Benchmarking operational & maintenance parameters
8. Ensure implementation of projects & schemes within time & budget.
9. Adherence to statutory compliance related to HSE

Requirements : Should have experience insimilar industry with experience of 15 to 18 years
