Job Description
- One who has hands on experience working on property matters, particularly lease, leave and license agreements, laws and litigation thereto.
- Ability to draft various documents thereto on his own.
- Should have skillset to undertake negotiations on his/her own.
- Fully abreast with all the real estate laws, both central and state laws
- Can represent before competent authorities in case of dispute.
- Can handle litigation in future w.r.t the properties.
- Can liase with local police authorities in case of dispute
- One who has experience to handle COCO, FOFO, COFO and Management Model and related documentations thereto.

3-5 Years
