Job Description
- Experience in management of all accounting operations , financial, management reporting, Audit handling, GST & Direct Tax compliances
- Manage monthly & annual book closure, Trial balance, P&L , Balance Sheet review of a mid/ large sized organisation
- Manage all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Tax compliances
- Preparing monthly MIS, audit schedules with detailed variance analysis for PL & Balance Sheet Account codes.
- Prepare and publish timely Audited Annual financial statements within 90 days from end of Financial year
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Should have interest & ability to research on Technical aspects related to Accounting, Income Tax, TDS, GST, Companies Act etc
- Routine Coordination with various cross functions & Tax Authorities /Tax consultants for any departmental queries /assessments
- Coordination with auditors ( internal & statutory ) during audit for data submission & query resolution.
- Monitoring GL Controls like hygiene of account codes and chart of accounts maintenance.
- Should have past experience of atleast 2-3 years of handling 10-15 people Finance team
- Should have Good logical, analytical, communication & leadership skills.
- Should have Good MS Excel & Tally accounting software working skill.
- Completely work from office role
