Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Strategist who can develop and execute cutting-edge SEO strategies to maximize website traffic for both Indian and international clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on expertise in SEO tools, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, content marketing, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions for multiple websites.
• Optimize websites ensuring maximum visibility in traditional and decentralized search ecosystems.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify new opportunities for international SEO growth and expansion into global markets.

Technical SEO:

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to fix technical issues and enhance search engine visibility.
• Optimize website structure, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
• Ensure proper indexing and crawlability using Google Search Console, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Implement structured data and Web3 SEO best practices where applicable.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO:

• Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for search engine ranking.
• Develop high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
• Leverage digital PR, guest blogging, and influencer collaborations for link-building.

Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct extensive keyword research for Web2 & Web3 ecosystems.
• Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for analysis.
• Track and analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify gaps.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
• Generate detailed SEO reports with insights, trends, and optimization strategies.
• Set and achieve KPIs for organic traffic growth, rankings, and conversions.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.
• Stay updated on emerging SEO trends, AI-driven SEO, and blockchain-based search.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in SEO with proven success in driving organic growth for Indian and international websites.
• Expertise in Google SEO guidelines, algorithm updates, and ranking factors.
• Strong command over Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, and Link Building.
• Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and WordPress SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
