AGM- Quality Control

The AGM - Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the highest construction quality standards in high-rise residential tower projects. This role involves implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with IS codes, NBC, RERA, and other relevant building standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Implement and maintain ISO standards, Six Sigma, and other quality frameworks.

Materials & Workmanship Inspection

• Approve raw materials, concrete mix designs, and other critical construction materials.
• Conduct lab and field testing for concrete, steel, and other materials.
• Identify and rectify non-conformance (NCR) issues in workmanship and materials.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to maintain quality.
• Train site engineers and contractors on quality control best practices.
• Prepare quality reports, deviation reports, and root cause analysis for management review.

Safety & Risk Management

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards on-site.
• Conduct audits and quality risk assessments for early issue identification.

Process Improvement

• Implement Lean Construction and Continuous Improvement techniques.
• Optimize workflows to reduce rework and material wastage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field (MTech preferred).
• Experience: 12+ years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in high-rise residential projects.
• Certifications: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant QC certifications preferred.
