Manager Quality Assurance

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations (Quality Assurance) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Manager Quality Assurance (Grade D2 )

What can you expect?

We are seeking for an individual who is ready to work with complex & diverse insurance work. As a new colleague, you will be provided with Business Overview/Insights, in-depth process training, roles & responsibilities overview, expectations of various stakeholders to make you successful in this role & will get opportunity to enhance insurance knowledge

We will count on you to:

Drive Quality/R&C Framework across the Function by:

• Conducting Quality Reviews/Audits as necessary
• Create Checklist for key actions to be undertaken as part of the Framework
• Identifying gaps, surfacing themes and create Action Plan to drive Corrective actions.
• Suggest proactive steps for robust Governance.
• Undertake periodical Reporting to key Stakeholders
• Keep an eye on emerging risks and build associate controls
• Ensure Risk Register is maintained and kept upto date periodically

What you need to have:

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to learn new processes and systems, ability to adapt to change

- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Graduate

- 7-9 years of experience in insurance broking domain

What makes you stand out?

- Any Insurance qualification or certification will be an added advantage.

- Analytical ability

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
