Summary

This position focuses on ensuring seamless cloud operations, accurate billing processes, and fostering strategic alliances with public cloud service providers. The candidate must have strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and billing models.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Cloud Billing

Responsible for managing and processing customer invoices, handling payment issues, and ensuring accurate billing for all cloud products and services. The team ensures compliance with financial regulations and policies, manages account reconciliations, and supports revenue recognition.

• Generate and process customer invoices for public cloud products and services.
• Ensure accuracy in billing, including taxes, discounts, and payments.
• Manage payment discrepancies and resolve issues with customers or partners.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Work with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Public Cloud Operations

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within the company.
• Manage operational workflows, including process improvement and automation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
