Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a pivotal role in driving product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management :

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and design) to deliver high-quality product releases.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.

- Develop KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.

Business Analysis :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the development team.

- Create detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience :

- 5 years in Product Management and/or Business Analysis roles.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.

- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with wireframing tools (i.e., Figma, Balsamiq) and data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Skills :

- Domain expertise in Banking / Financial Services or Supply Chain

- Experience with customer journey mapping and usability testing.

- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and basic technical architecture.

- Certifications like CSPO, PMP, or CBAP are a bonus
