Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in banking and financial services.

- The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of banking processes.

- You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure the successful delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders within the banking domain, focusing on enhancing digital and operational banking services.

- Develop detailed business cases, functional requirements, and user stories, especially for projects leveraging the Pega platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and product management, to ensure project requirements align with banking regulations and standards.

- Analyze existing banking systems and workflows to identify gaps, suggest improvements.

- Conduct process modeling and create wireframes, flowcharts, and other documentation to communicate proposed solutions effectively.

- Engage with banking regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all solutions adhere to relevant financial regulations such as AML, KYC, and PCI-DSS.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and manage relationships with internal banking teams and external vendors.

- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in project management activities, including tracking deliverables, updating project documentation, and managing scope changes.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on banking and financial services.

- Strong understanding of banking processes, operations, and regulatory frameworks.

- Ability to create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking domain (AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of digital banking transformation trends and integration of fintech solutions within traditional banking systems.

- Familiarity with cloud-based banking platforms and API integrations within the banking environment.

- Experience with data analysis and financial reporting tools used in banking projects.
