Job Description - Interior and finishing work Contracts and estimation Manager

• Responsible for preparation of BOQ based on technical specifications, design drawings, and work scopes, review and check on work bill from Contractor, and preparation of tender documents for submission.
• Interior work finishing  and  tendering  work knowledge is required
• Specialize in office interiors, entrance lobbies, glass detailing, windows, etc.
• Preparation of work order/purchase order.
• Preparation of cost estimates.

Negotiations with Contractors and Suppliers

• Preparation of measurement sheets and assisting in quantity take-off for tenders.
• Assist in the estimation of direct and indirect costs for tenders.
• Monitors and records site progress for the award of contractors.
• Preparation of comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Contractors.
• Preparation of payments for Contractors and Suppliers.
• Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the contracts Head.
• Measures and computes values to variations and prepares final accounts.
• Prepares monthly progress payments.
• SAP /ERP knowledge
